Back to Square One is a fundraiser concert celebrating Untold Stories Theatre’s newest season and raising money for our 2024 production of The Prom. First Annual Fundraising Gala Discussion

Kyle sits down with Charlotte Loeppky, Artistic Director for Imagine Theatre and Harold Squire, Technical Director for Imagine Theatre to discuss Imagine Theatre, their history and their upcoming First Annual Fundraising Gala happening on November 4th, 2023.

Refreshments and suitable beverages will be available to all attendees. Excellent and upstanding entertainment will include a live band, dance floor and special talent presented by esteemed members of our artists' community. Our goal is to raise funds to help support the work of Imagine Theatre (also known as Imagine Performing Arts Society), in anticipation of their upcoming season of artistic enrichment and service to our Calgary and area communities.

Activities will include a SILENT AUCTION and SECRET RAFFLE. All attendees shall acquire a ticket and henceforth will receive further details about the location and how to access the event. Admission is $30 per attendee, which includes a Beverage Ticket and access to the evening’s Entertainment. We strongly suggest to register early, as we have limited seating, but will keep a wait list for late reservations. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best attire for the times.

This parody of low-budget 30s detective movies typifies British heroism at its dumbest. Teutonic villain Otto Von Brunno and his evil mistress Lenya crash their plane in the English countryside and kidnap Professor Fenton, who has discovered a formula for making synthetic diamonds. Bullshot Crummond is called to the rescue by the professor's daughter Rosemary. Wildly outrageous antic ensue, with Crummond saving the day!

The musical depicts the journey of a young woman just released from prison, who decides to start her life anew in a rural town in Nova Scotia. She participates in a journey within the town toward its own tenuous reawakening.
